Reviewing Route Plans
The Route Plans list is your catalogue of route templates. Each row shows the plan name, its code, the coverage % target, a Stores badge with the number of stops, and the Vehicle currently paired with the plan (or "Unassigned").
Editing a plan
- Click a plan's name (or use the row menu → Edit) to open the same form described in Creating a Route Plan, pre-filled — rename it, adjust the coverage target, add/remove stops, or drag stops into a new order, then save from the amber bar.
Assigning or changing the vehicle
- Open the row menu (three-dot button) on the plan and choose Assign vehicle.
- In the modal, pick a vehicle — only Active vehicles are offered, plus the currently assigned one. Choose No vehicle (unassign) to unpair.
- Click Save assignment. The Vehicle column updates immediately.
The mobile app uses this pairing when a field rep starts their day on the route, so keep it current — if a van goes into the workshop, reassign its routes to another vehicle.
Deleting a plan
Row menu → Delete, then confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Past day cycles keep the stop details they recorded, so deleting a template does not rewrite history — but no new day can be started from it.
Fleet summary tiles
When you have at least one plan, summary tiles below the list show the route efficiency index, the average number of stops per route, and the total active stops across all plans — a quick health check on how loaded your routes are.
Once plans are paired with vehicles, day-to-day execution shows up under Monitoring Day Cycles.
