What the Dashboard Shows You

  1. Sign in — the Dashboard is the first screen you land on.
  2. It opens with the money strip — one compact panel covering sales, purchases, expenses, cash and bank balances, and what customers owe you. See Your Money Numbers.
  3. Directly under it, two panels side by side: Receivables aging (how old the money owed to you is) and Action items (anything asking for a decision right now).
  4. Below that it's a single-page snapshot of how your business is running right now, covering payments, terminals, inventory, procurement, customers, catalog, and store credit.
  5. It stays live as you work: change the date range and the page updates, so you can check "how did today go" or "how did last month go" without leaving the page. Your cash, customer and supplier balances always show where you stand right now. See Changing the Date Range.
  6. You'll only ever see the cards that match what your role is allowed to see. If your role doesn't have access to a given area — for example inventory or procurement — that card simply isn't shown, rather than appearing locked or grayed out.
  7. If your role has no dashboard-relevant permissions at all, you won't land on the Dashboard after login — you'll be sent straight to the first screen you do have access to.
