Finding Anything with Search (⌘K)
- Click the search bar at the top of the console — the one that reads "Go to… Purchase Orders, Sales, Inventory" — or press ⌘K (Mac) / Ctrl+K (Windows) from any screen.
- Before you type anything, the list shows Suggested pages you can jump straight to.
- Start typing what you're looking for. Results appear in up to two sections:
- Pages — console screens matching your words. For example, typing "purchase" finds Purchase Orders; typing "vehicle" finds Vehicles.
- Help & Docs — tutorial pages from these help guides that match your words. For example, typing "add a venue" surfaces the venue tutorial. Opening one takes you to that guide page, scrolled to the matching section when there is one.
- Use the ↑ and ↓ arrow keys to move through both sections, press Enter to open the highlighted result, or just click a row. Press Esc to close the search.
- You'll only ever see pages your role has access to — screens you can't use don't appear in the results at all. Help guide results are available to everyone.
Tip: while you're inside Help & Docs, pressing ⌘K opens the dedicated guide search instead, which searches only the guides and shows longer previews.
