What Customers Does
Customers is the customer-management area of the console — the single place where you keep every customer's profile: their name, contact details (mobile, land phone, email), location, and lifecycle status. These profiles are what the rest of the system looks up when a customer is involved — for example, when attaching a customer to an order at the point of sale.
You'll find it in the sidebar under CRM → Customers (/customers).
What you can do here
- Browse and search the full customer list, with quick
field:valuesearch and a structured filter drawer. - Add a new customer with just three required fields — first name, email, and mobile number.
- View and edit a customer's profile on one page — the profile opens as an editable form.
- Change status between Active, Inactive, and Archived, or delete a customer permanently.
First time here?
Open CRM → Customers and click Show me how at the top of the page — a short guided tour walks you through the list, search, filters, and the Add Customer button. The tour also starts automatically on your first visit.
