Viewing a Customer Profile
A customer's profile shows everything on file for them — and it's directly editable, so there's no separate "edit mode" to hunt for.
Opening a profile
From the CRM → Customers list you can open a profile in two ways:
- Click the customer's name in the list — it's a link straight to their profile.
- Or open the row actions menu (the "..." at the end of the row) and choose View details.
What you'll see
- A header with the customer's full name, a status badge (Active, Inactive, or Archived), and their customer number.
- Below that, the customer's details laid out in the same three cards as the add form — Basic info, Contact info, and Location — plus the Summary and Status panels on the right.
The fields are live: you can start typing corrections right on this page. See Editing or Deleting a Customer for how saving works.
If you open a link to a customer that no longer exists, the page shows "Customer not found" with a link back to the Customers list.
