Finding and Filtering Quotations
The list at Sales → Quotations is your open-offer pipeline. Each row shows the quote number, the customer, its current state, the validity date, the grand total, and when it was created.
Search
Type in the search box at the top. It matches the quote number, the customer's name and the customer number.
Filters
Click Filters to open the panel on the right. Everything applies as you pick it — there is no Apply button, and the button at the bottom just closes the panel over the results you can already see ("Show 5 quotations").
- Status — the rail across the top covers the everyday four: All, Draft, Sent, Accepted. Below it, tick Expired, Lost or Converted when that is what you are looking for.
- Store — narrow to one store's offers.
- Valid until — a from and a to date. This is how you find what is about to lapse: set the "to" date a week out and you have your chase list.
Clear all at the top of the panel resets everything.
Row menu
The ⋮ at the end of a row gives you:
- View details — open the quotation.
- Duplicate as new quote — start a fresh offer from this one (needs the Manage permission).
What the numbers mean
The Grand Total column is what the customer was offered, including tax and after discounts. Remember that none of it is money you have earned — a quotation is an offer. What has actually been sold lives in Sales → Sales History.
