Adding a Store
A store is an individual shop or branch that sits under a venue. This is where you also set up the store's promotional message/image for in-store displays.
Steps
- Open Organization → Stores from the sidebar.
- Click Add Store.
- Fill in the General tab:
- Store Name (required)
- Venue (required) — pick which venue this store belongs to
- Status — Active, Inactive, Archived, or Deleted
- Store Type — Store, Flagship, or Kiosk
- Optionally fill in the Promotional assets panel on the right:
- A promotional message shown on in-store IoT displays — you can type your own or use one of the quick-fill chips (Seasonal sale, New arrival, Membership only)
- A promotional image — click the upload box to attach a JPG, PNG, or WEBP up to 25 MB
- Changes are tracked by the amber unsaved-changes bar — Save or Discard from there.
Once saved, your new store becomes selectable when creating a register, and you can set up its receipt branding from the store's own page — see Editing a Store, Branding, or Deleting It.
