What the Sales History Shows

Sales History (/transactions) is the single register of every sale in your business — the sales your field reps ring up on the van app out on their routes, and the sales your back-office team takes on the console's New Sale screen. They all land here, in one list, so you can review a day's (or a month's) sales without stitching together separate reports.

Everything here has already been sold. An order that has been booked but not yet sold is a different thing and lives under Sales → Orders.

Each row is one completed sale, with these columns:

  • Transaction ID — the system-wide unique ID of the sale.
  • Invoice # — the invoice number, when one was generated.
  • Store — the customer store the sale was made to.
  • Amount — the final grand total (after discounts and taxes), exactly as the backend computed it.
  • Payment Mode — how it was paid: Cash, Card, Digital, or Store Credit.
  • Sync — whether a field sale has reached the server yet (Synced / Pending / Failed).
  • Created — the date and time the transaction was recorded.

By default the register shows today's transactions — use the date range control to look further back.

Note: this screen is part of your reporting access. If your role doesn't include reporting, you won't see it at all.
