Opening the Reports Hub and Picking a Report
-
Click Reports in the left sidebar. This opens the hub at
/reports, grouped into six cards laid out in two columns: Sales, Inventory, Financial, Procurement, Customer / CRM, and Audit. Each card header shows how many reports the family holds (for example "4 reports"). -
Each card lists the individual reports in that category, with a one-line description underneath each one (for example, under Sales: "Sales Overview", "Sales Breakdown", "Item Performance", "Revenue Leakage").
-
Click any report name to open it. Every report page shows a "Reports > [report name]" breadcrumb at the top so you can jump back to the hub.
-
To find a report by name, type in the Filter reports box at the top right of the page. The list narrows as you type, matching both report names and their descriptions — typing "cash" leaves just Cash Operations and Cash & Exception Audit. Families with no match disappear until you clear the box.
-
Frequently Opened is a shortcut row above the six cards, listing the four reports you open most often, with how many times you have opened each in the last 30 days. It appears once you have opened a few reports; it stays hidden until then, and it counts only your own visits on this browser.
-
The sidebar carries a single Reports entry, and it opens this hub — the per-family shortcuts that used to sit under it are gone, because the hub's cards already do that job with descriptions, report counts and a filter. To jump straight to one report without passing through the hub, use the search box at the top of the console (⌘K) and type its name.
