Changing the Date Range

Every report that isn't a point-in-time snapshot has a date range control near the top of the page:

  1. Click the date range control.
  2. Choose a quick preset — Today, This Week, This Month, or Previous Month — or set a custom start and end date.
  3. That's it — the report reloads automatically for the new range. There's no separate "Apply" button to click.

On Sales Overview the control sits in the toolbar beside the report title, with a row of shortcuts in front of it: Today · 7D · 30D · QTD · YTD. 7D and 30D are the trailing seven and thirty days ending today (today included); QTD and YTD run from the start of the current quarter or year to today. Clicking one loads that period immediately. Picking your own dates from the date button clears the highlight, since no shortcut describes the range any more.

Some reports (for example the Reorder and Aging tabs under Stock Health Overview) look at stock as of a point in time rather than a range — for those, the "from" date you set is used as that as-of date.
