Publishing a Configuration

  1. On the configuration's detail page, click Publish.
  2. Confirm in the dialog. Publishing makes the configuration live on every register covered by its assigned scopes, and the configuration becomes read-only.
  3. If no scope has been assigned yet, publishing is blocked — you'll see an error telling you to assign a scope first, and you'll be taken to the scope assignment step to fix it. See Assigning Scopes (Which Registers See It).
