Choosing the Store and Register

1. Under Order Details, pick a Store from the dropdown — this is required.
2. Once a store is picked, the Register dropdown fills in with that store's registers. Register is also required.
3. If you change the store after already picking a register, the register selection is cleared automatically if it no longer belongs to the new store.
