Release Notes

All notable changes to the iotoms-dashboard console are documented here.

The format is based on Keep a Changelog, and this project follows Semantic Versioning.

This is the version shown on Settings → About.

Dark mode. The console now comes in light and dark, and can follow your computer's own appearance setting so it turns dark in the evening along with everything else on your screen. Choose under Settings → General → Appearance, or straight from the sun/moon button in the toolbar; the choice applies to the device you're on.

The first versioned release of the console.

Settings → About page. See which version of the console you're using and read these release notes, under Account → Settings → About — useful when reporting an issue or checking whether a fix has arrived.
Help & Docs center. Step-by-step user guides for everyday console tasks, available from the sidebar (Assistant → Help & Docs), with instant search — press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) while browsing the guides.
New user guides for adding customers, customer stores, users, vendors, roles, and route plans.
Smarter global search. The console-wide "Go to…" search (⌘K) now finds Help & Docs articles as well as screens, so you can jump straight to an answer from anywhere.
Help-aware AI Assistant. When you ask the AI Assistant a "how do I…" question, it now shows the matching Help guide articles alongside its answer.

Route plans now link the correct store. Picking a store while building a route plan records the right customer store, so route visits and reports point at the correct shop.
