Get an Intrastat declaration

GET
/api/v1/reports/tax/europe/intrastat

Returns sold goods flagged for Intrastat between from and to, grouped by commodity code, partner member state and country of origin, with net mass and value. flowType (ARRIVALS or DISPATCHES) is echoed on the response. Lines whose item has no commodity code are skipped and counted in warningCount.
