Get inventory aging

GET
/api/v1/reports/inventory/aging

Returns days since the last stock movement for each item, with an aging bucket (CURRENT up to 30 days, DAYS_30, DAYS_60, DAYS_90_PLUS). Items that have never moved show -1 days.
