Send a request for quote

/api/v1/procurement/rfqs/{id}/send

Moves a draft request for quote to sent, so the invited vendors can quote against it. After this the request can no longer be edited.

How to use it

  1. Make sure the draft has at least one item and one invited vendor; otherwise sending is refused.
  2. Call with the request ID; the status moves from DRAFT to SENT and each vendor's invitation date is stamped.
  3. Record vendor replies with Record a supplier quotation; the first one moves the request to QUOTED. The request can no longer be edited.
