Close a request for quote

PATCH
/api/v1/procurement/rfqs/{id}/close

Stops collecting quotes without awarding, for example when prices came back too high. Invited vendors who never quoted are marked NO_RESPONSE. Refused if the request is already AWARDED, CLOSED or CANCELLED.

How to use it

  1. Use this on a request that is not yet AWARDED, CLOSED or CANCELLED.
  2. The status becomes CLOSED and vendors still marked INVITED become NO_RESPONSE.
  3. No purchase orders are created and the request can no longer be awarded or edited.
