List price variance tolerances

/api/v1/pricing/variances/tolerance

Returns the built-in default thresholds and every saved tolerance for one role: SUPPLIER unless role=CUSTOMER is sent. Saved tolerances are the merchant-wide default and any party or party-and-item overrides. The most specific match applies, and a variance is only flagged when both the amount and the percentage thresholds are exceeded.
