Delete an item

Permanently deletes the item identified by itemId and returns 204 with no body, or not found if the code does not exist. To keep its history, set its status to INACTIVE or ARCHIVED instead.

How to use it

1. Find the item code with List items.
2. Send the delete; the item is removed permanently and the call returns 204, or not found if the code does not exist.
3. To keep the item's history instead, set its status to INACTIVE or ARCHIVED with Update selected item fields.
