List Tally export history for an invoice

/api/v1/integrations/tally/invoices/{invoiceId}/history

Returns every Tally export attempt for one sales invoice, newest first, with its state (EXPORTED, PUSHED or FAILED), who exported it, when, and when it was confirmed as imported.
