Reopen an accounting period

/api/v1/accounting/periods/{id}/reopen

Reopens a closed period so entries dated in it can be posted again. Idempotent: reopening an open period changes nothing.

How to use it

  1. Find the period ID with List accounting periods.
  2. The period becomes OPEN, so journal entries dated in it can be posted again; a period that is already open is returned unchanged.
